Customized Pen - Rainbow Swirl Pen

This listing is for one personalized refillable Inkjoy Gel Pen that has been painted, glittered, or designed with other elements and sealed with multiple layers of FDA compliant epoxy. The epoxy will encase all of the glitter, decals, and other details for a smooth glasslike finish so there is no worry about the elements peeling off. 

We love custom orders! You can personalize your pen however you would like! The glitter color, decal color, font type, etc. Add the specifics to the personalization section of your order. If you would like to discuss a custom design, please message me! We love bringing your vision to life!

Please note that every pen is handmade and there may be small differences from the item pictured.

------HOW TO ORDER------
Please include your personalization at checkout! We do not charge extra for personalization!
Please message me if you are looking for a custom design!
If you would like a different decal or glitter colors please let us know in the personalization section.
Name: Please make sure it is EXACTLY how you want it to appear (we copy and paste to ensure I don’t accidently misspell your name)
If no personalization is noted we will use the default design pictured
For all custom designs (other than name personalization) we will send you photos during the process to make sure it is 100% what you are looking for!

------ PEN CARE INSTRUCTIONS ------
Do not expose to extreme heat – I.E. please do not leave them in a hot car on your Florida beach vacation.
If dropped the epoxy may crack or shatter. I cannot be responsible for accidental damage caused by the customer however – accidents do happen. If your pen is damaged please reach out to me and for a small fee I may be able to repair it – depending on the extent of the damage.
You can order replacement refills from any supplier, but we do offer refills for a small fee.

------- TERMS & CONDITIONS -------
Standard processing time is 2-3 weeks depending on the complexity of your order. As this is an involved process and we strive to get it to you as soon as possible cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours from purchase. Once payment is made we begin working on your cup within the first 24 hours.

We do accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship your item back within 30 days for a full refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of the items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order please contact me so that we can discuss your concerns. Each pen is hand made to order and as such there may be small unique differences from the finished photos.
