This listing is for one personalized stainless-steel double walled tumbler that has been sublimated with a specialized process that binds the ink to the tumbler. These tumblers are unique because they are dishwasher friendly and do not have issues when kept in the sun.. Keeps hot drinks hot and keeps ice for hours! Fits most cup holds. Our tumblers are double walled so they are sweat free and will keep your table dry.

We love custom orders! You can personalize your tumbler however you would like! The glitter color, decal color, font type, etc. Add the specifics to the personalization section of your order. If you would like to discuss a custom design, please message me! We love bringing your vision to life!

Our customized tumblers are available in multiple sizes, please refer to listing photos for available sizes and styles. Please note that some designs are not available in every size due to the design elements. Some designs may need to be slightly altered to accommodate the cup size and shape. Please note that every cup is handmade and there may be small differences from the item pictured.

All tumblers except for the can koozie come with straws and each tumbler comes with a sliding lid and tumbler care instructions.

------ TUMBLER CARE INSTRUCTIONS ------

With proper care these tumblers will last many years.

Do not microwave. The tumblers are metal under the epoxy. Microwaves and metal don’t mix well =)

Do not expose to extreme heat – I.E. please do not leave them in a hot car on your Florida beach vacation. Just like a child – remember your tumbler!

If dropped the tumbler may crack or shatter. I cannot be responsible for accidental damage caused by the customer – however – accidents do happen. If your tumbler is damaged please reach out to me and for a small fee I may be able to repair it – depending on the extent of the damage.

If your lid breaks, please let me know – we do sell replacement lids if needed.

Standard processing time is 2-3 business days depending on the complexity of your order. As this is an involved process and we strive to get it to you as soon as possible cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours from purchase. Once payment is made we begin working on your cup within the first 24 hours.

We do accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship your item back within 30 days for a full refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of the items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order please contact me so that we can discuss your concerns. Each cup is hand made to order and as such there may be small unique differences from the finished photos.
