This listing is for one 20oz personalized stainless-steel double walled tumbler that has been painted, glittered, or designed with other elements and sealed with multiple layers of FDA compliant epoxy. The epoxy will encase all of the glitter, decals, and other details for a smooth glasslike finish so there is no worry about the elements peeling off. Keeps hot drinks hot and keeps ice for hours! Fits most cup holders. Our tumblers are double walled so they are sweat free and will keep your table dry.

Please note that every cup is handmade and there may be small differences from the item pictured.

All tumblers except for the can koozie come with straws and each tumbler comes with a sliding lid and tumbler care instructions.

------ TUMBLER CARE INSTRUCTIONS ------

With proper care these tumblers will last many years.

 Gentle handwash only, please do not soak your tumblers. Not dishwasher safe – the heat can cause the epoxy to peel away from the cup.

 Do not microwave. The tumblers are metal under the epoxy. Microwaves and metal don’t mix well =)

 Do not expose to extreme heat – I.E. please do not leave them in a hot car on your Florida beach vacation. Just like a child – remember your tumbler!

 If dropped the epoxy may crack or shatter. I cannot be responsible for accidental damage caused by the customer – however – accidents do happen. If your tumbler is damaged please reach out to me and for a small fee I may be able to repair it – depending on the extent of the damage.

 If your lid breaks, please let me know – we do sell replacement lids if needed.

Standard processing time is 2-3 weeks depending on the complexity of your order. As this is an involved process and we strive to get it to you as soon as possible cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours from purchase. Once payment is made we begin working on your cup within the first 24 hours.

We do accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship your item back within 30 days for a full refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of the items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order please contact me so that we can discuss your concerns. Each cup is hand made to order and as such there may be small unique differences from the finished photos.
